Target Deals

A.J.D. is constantly looking for new or bolt-on acquisitions that are classified under one of our three verticals; metal stamping, plastic or wire.

We concentrate on companies that have a proprietary product or manufacturing process with no customer making up more than 25% of their sales and have less than a 10% exposure to the automotive market.

A.J.D. also targets companies that are looking for a succession plan, outgrown their management group or companies that have issues with controlling their manufacturing costs.
